I wasn't commenting on the 126 or I would have already. It went waaay up and hasn't declined. It has stabilized. Less claims doesn't mean a decline. And everyone knew it would get better. It didn't matter who was in office and the gov didn't fix it. They want it bad. Better to control us if things are bad.
