I am sorry I did not clarify. When working for a contractor, Crimshield has final say as to the individual being cleared to work. The MSO does not override a finding by Crimshield. At least that is how it works here in Phoenix. Your badge actually has Crimshield's logo as well as MSO's As far as an employee for a MSO I am not sure what influences Crimshield has at this point.
