Yes I agree that this is bogus as hell and i havent thought about this being extortion but you are 100% correct. And yes i do I have an attorney and yes I do have my contracts and Dish is backing me all the way. And he will not tell me who he spoke with at Dish or I would have already had words with them. The bottom line is that this is a small town and "some" of the law enforcement believe that they are god and can do what they want and they have always gotten away with it.
