Looks like a monkey fucking a football, but in this industry you see a lot of that. That whole ped could have been up to speck when it was first spliced in. Might have been a temp fix that got put on the back burner so long it was forgotten about seen that happen in a lot of systems. What's the story behind it? How long has it been that way?
Says your a system tech so I hope you re-spliced it and corrected the problems you said were there. Can we see pictures of the completed re-splicing? You did not just take a picture and walk away from it did you?
