I've seen worse, its not that DTV is saying 'charge back charge back charge back', they are basically telling the people "its your problem you handle it and let us know when its done" this is how they do all thier damage claims, sure the sub or hsp can deny the claim, but then DTV will just pay it anyway and charge back the hsp, where in turn the hsp will charge back the sub, which will charge back the tech ( if able) Happens every day
And if DTV actually takes the side of the tech, then they customer can just do an OOP, then it gets really interesting, thats like an automatic $1500 charge back or higher.
