Re: Damage claim?

Well in the "real" world , that needs to be stated ....DTV isn't the sherriff....Something like that would not suffice in a court of law...I don't want to bicker with anyone over this..If they do charge him back after 4 years he needs to head directly to his DA or whoever runs the show in his town and file a complaint...Hell I don't even think NASA contractors have that much of a warranty..If you take the chargeback and stay with that company and not do anything about it, then yes DTV can do what they want...I have been out here a long time and have ran an HSP for sometime, but I have never seen a damage claim after 4 years...Never..
