Good books for salesmen to read ?


For those of us who don't have a college degree but are in sales and are looking to develop our thought process into more than - this works now so I will do it like this - and approach sales in a multi faceted fashion ... What are some of the best books to read ? I don't necessarily want life stories I want something that will make me feel like I am taking a serious college course and CHALLENGE me.
