The only thing you need to spare all of us from is ignorance. Indiana's unemployment is half of what you're saying. Maybe you should look into things before making a half-cocked comment.
Let's look at this project another way......
Anyone working on this project can be compared to the illegal aliens who come into OUR country and start working. They do it for dirt - which this project is not quite that, but its definitely heading that way with the pricing. So what does that do? It drives down the prices for everyone. Nice to have the project in your back yard. But what happens when you have to go to Texas?????? You gonna go for $150? By then, it might be $125. So what have you done by accepting this work? You've driven down the price for the entire industry. But guess what PAL? Someone will eventually come along and do it cheaper than you will and then YOU'LL be the one on the outside saying I can't do it for that price. Penny wise and pound foolish....that's what anyone is who's working on this project. That's my last WORD!
