The .9% increase is on top of the rate of inflation and on top of the rise in the cost of premiums we all pay.
And will you please stop saying over 10 years...it is only over 6 years. The benefits dont really kick in until 2014.
The bad stuff starts in 2011, the mandatory insurance coverage vs. fines....the tax penalties on the premium health plans etc...Not to mention....this is 6 years of spending money we dont have while collecting it for 10 and STILL LOOSING money.
Would you pay for a house for 4 years before you are able to live in it?
