While this pains me extremely to admit you may be correct, I have intensely tried to find the criteria that would support my argument on the federal level.. While I didn't say that there is a requirement to make credentials a part of public record (as usual the spin factor) What I said was once your info is filed it becomes public info.. Nice try with your condescending rhetoric but it obvious you did not comprehend what I said. Locally when you file credentials it is immediately public info. I assumed that the feds would be somewhat consistent. Again as usual the feds make it up as they go.. Btw, you scare no one, but you are challenging in the arena of intellect for a little man..
