Facts are Facts. There is no requirement to make credentials public record. The only thing that is public record is the certificate a candidate is given after his credential have been aproved.
Lies are Lies. There is no requirement to make credentials a part of public record. Since we are talking about the POTUS, I will go further and say there is no FEDERAL mandate that requires a POTUS's credentials public record.
