"You bunch of paranoid Fox news watching people." That's a characterization not name calling, unless you don't like being called "people". You do the same thing all the time sab3r. "You are just believing whatever the lame stream media tells you because you don't want to or can't see..."
Since you are so against government control then you believe the government shouldn't be telling women what they can do with their bodies and all abortions, late term or whatever, should not be "controlled" by the government. Gay people should be able to get married without interference from government "control". The Constitution doesn't say anywhere that the government can prevent gay people from marrying does it?
