it has not made it to a bill yet but it will. It is a tax that will be put on sales and the number is around, not specific, 20 percent. They won't show it on your receipt. It will be a part of the price of what you buy and the retailer will send it to the gov. So it is a tax that you supposedly don't know you are paying since you don't see it on the bottom of you receipt and you will still pay your sales tax. Some don't believe it but there is enough chatter and lack of denial by the white house not to think it is coming.
