Anything over 2.4% is a charge back. Thats a little crazy. Comcast has a 10% buffer. Alot of repeats the Tech will not have control over. Bad equipment, Customers trying to scam the company, outages, cust equipment, etc... King Mitchell, yeah, that sounds cool. Thanks Quester.
