i can see the charge backs if the tech does a bad job but here we get them all the time for faulty equipment, customer caused and lighting and other storms.
You dont even know what it was half the time and noone seems to be able to find out wheather u did something wrong or if it was something out of ur control. But the money still dissapears out of ur check
