That IS something I neglected. My case may be too old but I'm going to look.
The lawyer I used had a pretty deep experience collection desk...I'll as them.

One thing I have learned...and have the scars to show...any company that has built a reputation will be glad to offer a bank reference.  When I ask the MASTEC subs what bank they use and who is their charter representative for my state they act like I just asked them to pull down their pants for a kiss.

I wonder is DirectSatUSA even requires bonds from their subs?
