Registered Communications Distribution Design.  You get a second chance to take the test if you fail the first one.  If you fail that one, you have to wait either a year or 2 before you can take it again.  No test is the same, and they challenge you on all aspects of communications... not just the stuff you are familiar with.  It is a pretty hard test.... i didnt pass the first time, and the second test wasnt the same as the first.  Basically put, you need to be able to walk the walk and talk the talk.
