basically its proves you know how to do all types of cabling, data, voice, video, coax, inside plant and outside plant, proper grounding, electrical codes, how to properly design a comm/computer/teleco rooms and properly install the racks and other equipment. Right down to how many electric outlets, and how many BTU's of air conditioning you will need to keep all the equipment cool. I've been doing this work for a while but I will be making better money with that piece of paper on my wall.

I will start working to pick mine up this fall, I finally convinced my boss to get the government to pay for it.
