I agree with you but I also think they need to deport the illegal ones, deporting 100 may be like pissing in the ocean but it also gets rid of 100 but it does get rid of 100 for a while. It also costs them more money and time to get back in, so that slows them down a bit.

Yes the government needs to go after and prosecute the people and companies that employee illegal immigrants. Until they do they will keep doing so. People should also report companies that use illegal immigrants, but most people don't or will not because they don't want to make waves or get involved.

You know that the whole illegal immigration thing got worse when the federal government agreed that all government services must be bilingual. The language barrier did help keep a lot of the southern illegals out. But now they can come here and don't have to speak English. When the whole bilingual thing started in the late 70's the Spanish speaking people were crying that they needed everything in Spanish because they would loose their heritage and culture if they did not speak Spanish. I say bullshit, why did all the other immigrants that came to this country felt it was a honor to learn the language? They may have spoke/speak their native language at home but when out in public or at work they spoke/speak English.

America needs to do away with the bilingual policy and formally adopt English as our official national language. America is the only country in the world that does not have a official language. English is the language that all the countries founding papers are written. You do not find Spanish or any other language in the Constitution, Federalist Papers, or the Declaration of Independence.

Well its Sunday and I'm going trout fishing this afternoon so I got to get ready. With some luck I'll be having bacon wrapped trout for dinner.
