The industry is fucked because MSO's have gutless managers runnin' the show that will sacrafice their techs and lineman to cover their own sorry ass. I saw a manager send a maintanence tech out to move a line so the power guys could straighten a pole; The tech didn't have a cumalong, pole strap not even a preform. How the fuck was he supposed to do his job. But, yet it was the techs fault because he couldn't do it. WTF
