In regards to your idea, and what you're doing now with your brother company, it's a great idea, and exactly the kind of thing of thing that we can explore on a sales side forum. There is strength in numbers. I'm wondering what the legalities are concerning reusing background checks, transferring badges, etc...
It's essentially linking up smaller companies to give them a broader reach, taking care of reps that want to fly south for the winter or something similar, curbing costs, ang generally taking care of your people.
Maybe nothing will ever come from these forum discussions, but at least its a place to incubate ideas.......
There are best practices out there that we can all share without any detriment to ourselves, that might even help in the end.
