i doubt the pay is 350.  more like 150 i was told by the owner of one of the two primes which i worked for in the past. the other company undered bidded so bad if he didn't cut his payscale in half from pa he would get no work at all. i won't even give out his number because i don't want people to take that pay rate. hope you guys do the same.
