yes,IN is all ready going,there are two contractors for the state,SGI will not let no more then 6 teams per contractor,all so cdma has just started.as for pay,for vsat,nwts[do not have their number] is paying some of their techs350.00 per site with helpers making 150.00 per install.other contractor is not paying that much.
