1st you need backing and money then you can get the techs involved. These guys will all tell you they cant aford to loose their jobs but they are all for you if you can do it. I dont think you can find enough men out there to succesfully pull it off. Too many havent figured it out yet their getting screwed anyways. They are going to wait until somebody else does it. Personally I suggest everyone do it. I am all for it because Dish isnt lowering contractors pay.The contractors are! And if they told you that they lied!
