Dish Network lowering contractors pay

 Any Dish contractors had there pay lowered. With the prices going down and cost of living going up as well as fuel. a few installers in oklahoma are thinking about a low voltage union for installers. To include sat, cable, phone. Any feed back would be great. When is it enough also let me know if any takers.
