The object is to disco the sub. Sub calls in to straighten out the problem. Sub gets charged a reconnect fee. THAT is the way a proper disco should be done. Everyone makes money this way. The diso tech (sounds too funny not to laugh), the MSO and the Install tech gets an easy job. Money all the way around, win-win-win situation.
