I lived/worked in Mass 22 or so years ago and there was a place that had the coal fired za oven they only fired on Friday nights. The oven was supposed to have been over 100 years old I was told. Definately made the za taste very unique. Good stuff. It was at some corner restaurant/bar. Can't remember the town or name tho.
