Re: 1957 vs 2010

I remember getting back handed by my dad in the car when I was making too much noise while he was driving. Just hard enough to get my attention and make me quiet down. Never held it against him, never did anything but hurt my pride. Today he would have gone to jail for child abuse. Hell if it were not for what my father instilled in me at a young age I would have ended up in jail myself, but now I am a fine upstanding pillar of the community.......can I help it if when I leave your house your beer is gone and your cat is pregnant.
