Yes sir you are correct. I had my share of fights my share of problems in getting good grades etc. I few paddling , a few extra days studing. Never having my parents make excuses for my actions. I was there to learn and to be respectful of the teachers. I have a 26 year old and a 12 and 10 year old they all have been punished for bad behavior. Wipping with belt , tv taken away , no playing sports etc.They tell us everyday about issues with other kids at school how there parents seem to think they are not to blame. Its everyone's fault but there kids. Yes its true their kids kid are the best kids anywhere
