Getting into constuction

        I have been doing cable for 4 years now 2 as a installer and 2 doing non pay disconnects. Now the company I'm subing for wants us to become a LLC to continue to work for them. And theres talk of them loseing there contract with TWC. So I'm trying to look into my options I really don't want to go back to installs as no one I know around here is making any money in installs right now. I really need to be making more money right now not less. So anyway do you guys have any suggestions on how to get into construction/splicing ? I am a fast learner and a hard worker. I just need to be pointed in the right direction.   Thanks
