If you did, can you tell me what "Empowering States to be Innovative" section refers to. Go ahead and look it up.
That is your problem, you spend way too much time listening to the Republicans. You let them brainwash you into thinking that this law is bad. While by no means perfect, it is a hell of alot better than what we had before.
The Republicans were never interested in healthcare reform because it didn't benefit them. Republicans are only interested in tax breaks for large businesses and tax cuts for the wealthy. History shows us that the Republicans are responsible for where we are at today with record trillion dollar defecits.
Name one good thing Republicans have done for the USA.
