Maybe he saw your screen name here it says ROOKIECABLEGUY. If your going to stay in the biz doing installs you better get use to it. As a installer your in the customer service aspect of the industry more than others like splicers, linemen, maintenance techs, etc. Kind of like the front counter person at Burger King... If you can't deal with it you better learn how to cook the french fries or burger's.. Can you say Would you like to supersize that?
