Why doesn't it say, "Members of Congress and congressional staff, as well as all members of the Senate, as well as all staff and employees working in The White House: including specifically The President of The United States and the Vice-President of The United States and all subsuquent staff members"??
If this thing is good enough for America and all it's Congressmen, then it's good enough for the Senate and the President.
Why is Obama excluding himself from the plan if it's that good a thing?
