Olndog...sounds like your management doesn't know how to seperate business from pleasure. Maybe ask THEM what the problem is. Are you telling your guys things that they should not know? Does management feel your guys are taking advantage of you? Or are they just flat out jealous that you actuall have a "working" relationship with your crew? Just some examples. Years ago I ran a printing shop...had a good relationship with my guys...management didn't like it because I was always pushing for bigger pay raises...when they complained I always told them to look at the production numbers.
