Well thats all great advice, but the problem is is that I am being told to sever the ties after hours not at work.... and for the guy who posted the quote abput the slave shit, I NEVER HAVE, OR NEVER WILL BECOME THE YES MAN. Right is right and wrong is wrong, I will back my guys 100% as long as they are in the right. Oh and one more thing, I never have put my gear up, still strap it on all the time.
