Great points to all of you, and the input was appreciated. FYI, your right, the retailer would not step up and pay me (or so my boss said) on top of that, he had the nerve to call the customer first before telling me the news that the retailer was not going to cover it. didn't even call me to give me a chance to say no, so i did the only thing i could think of..... i said $#@% it!  We need to stand up for ourselves, why give us sheets to show customers charges only to render them useless??? Why not pay us for KA/KU poles???? Why not let us fix our own service issues, no chargebacks?????



Bogus, I'm bout done, I'd go back to cable if KNIGHT was the onlt frickin contractor in town!!!!!
