We track ingress and leakage to tighten up the plant, the more advanced your system becomes the more you have to stay on top of the installers, service techs and daily maint., every little thing makes a difference now. When installation or service goes to a house for data, they have to do a cert. verified by a dispatcher using the modem monitoring program or they stay until it is fixed or can come up with a reason to turn it over to maint. I feel for you, getting everyone else up to speed is the hardest part of the whole upgrade.
