You make good points but I am more skeptical about the paying for this bill and how it will lower anything. when I add up, more people getting health care from different places and/or the government, paying for people who can't afford it, taking money from medicare which is broke, and lowering the deficit...........where is this money coming from? Many sources are now saying, including the CBO (which I know they are over worked and stressed right now so I don't know what to believe at this point) that premiums will go up. And if we are already paying the bill for people who don't pay, why don't we just keep doing that? Is it because the government isn't getting any of it? I don't know. But I don't believe everything a car salesman tells me. And we are being sold on something that has hidden problems. Let's find those BEFORE we buy the car. If they can't be fixed then I don't want to buy it and will look for another one.
