Re: Pelosi: Dems close on health care agreement

Do I understand this correctly.  They want to vote on legislation that has to have a second set of rules added after the first is past, that was written (and no doubt has its share of backroom deals) behind closed doors.  The public would get like six days to review and establish an opinion before its force feed to them.  No more talk because its time to vote?  Doesn't seem right to me.
