I OWN my truck and tools and I pay my own insurance, back in the old days the MSO'S signs used to say CONTRACTING FOR and that removed the liability from them but they got big headed and removed the contracting for so that they looked like they had a fleet of trucks when they really only had 1 or 2 in the yard
then they started telling contractors what age and color they had to be, then they started telling the contractors what their dress code was.
I remember time warner in north carolina told the contractors that they had to be clean shaven, no mustach, and gi haircut, I worked there as a splicer and they tried to control the way I looked
Glad I am far gone from that crap
