No ... that's actually good, because without insurance they will only do necessary medical procedures, thereby keeping the costs down. If everyone has mandatory insurance, then the doctors/hospitals will do every test and procedure they can in order to increase revenue for themselves. That's how the REAL world works!!!! But no one on your side ever talks about that.
