It is a good point. Reconciliation is suppose to be for budget decrease bills and the health care bill, while shown by the gop and the dems may decrease it, others show it won't. So how can this reconciliation be used for an increase when it was never designed for that? Also I find it interesting that the dems want to abolish the reconciliation................AFTER they use it one last time.
