Oh sweat, you know you have the chance everyday to help someone out.  Also new med schools are popping up all over the place.  Go get yourself a degree so you can help some brothers out.  Do you even know any doctors?  They work for free often.  Most pull rotations at hospitals and every patient that comes thru that doesnt have insurance odds are they dont recieve a dime.  Many spend weeks a year if not months in other countries working for free.
