You sound like an old gunny I know, grumpy as hell, yet I respect both of you for what you have been through. I apologize if I generalized and brought you in under that generalization. Don't get me wrong I am happy to have work there's no doubt, it just pisses me off that "we" as field techs are the bread and butter for the system are treated like shit. I work, work hard, do good work and get judged by things that I had no control over. I can tell you I have seen several supervisors and an area manager who wouldn't stand up for themselves much less a tech.
