its always going to be the same old story with inhouse sups. they route you crap and expect you to form a rose. then wonder why they have OTG issues. the group  in okc is the worst with this. they have a new temp site mgr, yes thank god hes a temp since he wants to let his sups play god and think there better thank anyone else. the preach they want a good relationship with there groups and techs but day to day they tell the real story by sticking it to ya. bad thing is they werent your jobs to begin with. otherwords anyone but inhouse continues to get cards from the bottom of the deck.
