That needs to be all over the internet so people can see who they are supporting.  And then some recorded conversations or emails from site mgrs to the techs which lead to the techs dismismal over otgs and maybe people will stop supporting DTV.  That csr was horrible, but was doing what she was authorized by DTV to do:  Give the customer nothing, not even simpathy.  It makes me want to go back to every customer I ever got an OTG for and ask them if they were credited.  Bet they weren't.
