He's not saying that he gets 1 TC out of every 25 jobs. He's speaking hypothetically -- by his work load being dropped down to 25 jobs per week, if he get 1 Trouble Call it will automatically put him at 4% (mso goal is 4.5%), whereas when he was completing 40-45 jobs per week 1 tc would 2%- 2.5%.
EarlJones I give you credit for understanding how the numbers game work and how a short workload can affect your Matrix. I have spent countless hours trying to explain to techs how the numbers game work. How "cherry picking jobs" and how important failed QC's,FSR's, OTG's,etc can affect your bottom line. You can be the Golden child one moment and a Hack the next..... all because of numbers.
In-House will always get the "money Jobs" for their techs during slow periods. They have bills to pay and they have a monthly financial quota to meet to get their bonuses. It is what it is.
