I relocated to work for them cuz they were offering a $3,000 signing bonus for triple play techs at the time. I worked for them for 5 months, along with 5 others. We were the first 5 hired on for a start-up in this new system. within 5 months all 5 of us quit. Prince started making crazy demands, installed cameras in all vehicles and got onto us for smoking, eating, drinking, basically doing anything besides driving while in the vehicles. They bragged about providing company vehicles and tools. They didn't brag about the fact that you only got 1 tank of gas a week, after that it was on you. They also didn't brag about the fact that you only got the initial set of tools (not including wall fish equipment). As stuff wore out or got broken, lost etc, you were supposed to replace it out of your own pocket and expected to turn it in to the company upon terminating employment. That was my experience with Prince Telecom. Make what you want out of it.
