Re: Descrimination

I can tell this is a great topic.  We get different views from everybody, which is something we need.  Also finding out that alot of us isn't alone and in the same boat.  Need to find away were everybody gets atleast a second chance and let them redeem themselves and prove not only they can do the work.  But show they can be trusted.  Before something gets said, there will be a few that will kill it for themselves and give the rest a bad name.  But that can go for anybody.
