i myself was just suspeneded for testing positive for marijuana. i live in colorado where i carry a medical marijuana card. so i am filing a discrimination charge under the " disability " clause. i work for a large electrical contractor, well i did i guess. i was in cable for 12+ years and as a project manager i had to let a great tech go cause of felony that was 5 years old. i think not hiring someone cause of something that happened a long time ago without doing research into what it was, is wrong. in this guys situation it was B.S.
